Password Management 

Registration for both Microsoft Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Google 2-Step Verification (2SV) is required by all CISD employees.

Password Issue Types

Computer password - Microsoft MFA.

Google & Online Resources password - Google 2SV.

Microsoft Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

Microsoft MFA provides access to the Self Service Password Reset (SSPR) portal, a feature that allows you to manage your password and login security. Pick one of the two methods to register for MFA.

Reset or Change Password

Enable the password reset service by registering for Microsoft MFA (above).

When registered, select one of the choices below.
