On June 23, 2022, Superintendent Dr. Kyle Heath and the Board of Trustees commissioned a survey of CISD parents and staff to measure the school community's support of a possible Guardian Program. A Guardian Program would allow for confidential, trained staff member(s) on the campus to securely carry a concealed firearm.
