Unclaimed Property

Cleburne Independent School District is required by the State of Texas to report and remit all unclaimed property valued at more than $100 to the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts. Please click here to visit the website to claim property that meets these criteria. 

Unclaimed property valued at $100 or less is retained by CISD and available for reclaim (for a list of property see the Unclaimed Property List below). A report maintained by CISD contains a full and complete list of all property held and, from the knowledge and records of CISD, is abandoned under the laws of the State of Texas.

To reclaim unclaimed property retained by CISD, please submit a Claim Form, listed below, with the appropriate proof of ownership.
