The mission of the Cleburne ISD Technology Department is to provide access to modern technology in order to increase the effectiveness of student learning, instructional management, operations, and administration services. We have a key role in providing the resources needed for our customers to use technology effectively.
The Technology Department is divided into four areas to support our mission: Technology Systems / Information Technology, Technology Support, Technology Acquisitions, and Help Desk Support.
The Technology Systems and Information Technology staff support the network, servers, phone system, and applications in use throughout the district and provide management for technology projects.
The Technology Acquisitions staff support eRate projects and manage all technology acquisitions.
The Technology Support staff provide assistance with technology-related problems throughout the district. They support software applications, computers, printers, projectors, Chromebooks, iPads, and other devices.
The Technology Helpdesk staff are the first line of support for our customers. They provide support for numerous software and hardware related issues and route issues to the appropriate staff through the help desk software system.
