I am the school counselor for Irving Elementary. Prior to coming to the Cleburne ISD, I served in the Arlington ISD for 19 years. I have taught grades 2, 3, 4, and 5. 

I think it is important to be a life-long learner. I have applied this by earning a Bachelor's Degree from UT Arlington, a Master’s Degree in Curriculum & Instruction from UT Arlington, and a Master’s Degree in School Counseling from Southwestern Assemblies of God University. 

As a school counselor, my goal is to establish positive relationships with students, parents, and the community. I strive to develop a positive character in children and help them find solutions to every challenge they are facing.
