Student Teaching
Alternative Certifications candidates (i.e., Region XI program, ECAP program, ACT, Texas Teachers) or current college or university students requiring student teaching hours must complete the following steps in requesting permission in Cleburne ISD. All requirements listed below must be completed prior to contacting a campus.
- Bring or email Angie Turner the required documentation to CISD Curriculum Department:
- Picture ID
- Completed Student Teacher Request Registration form
- Completed Criminal History Authorization forms
- The course syllabus describing required student teaching hours
Please allow 10 working days for your request to be processed once all documents have been submitted/received.
The Curriculum Department will process the request and upon approval will assign placement.
Campus Principals reserve the right to limit the number of observation students permitted on their campus at any given time as well as the days/dates observation will be allowed.
