Cleburne made the awards list at all levels in 14-5A All-District honors announced Tuesday. The Lady Jackets fought hard throughout the season to cinch a post-season berth, going on to compete in the Bi-District round.
The team ended the season with a record of 8-14, achieving Cleburne’s first playoff appearance since 2017, and the first under Head Coach Rachell Pope.
Named to the All-District First Team were senior Libero Lexie Key and junior Outside Hitter Addison Moore. Second Team honorees include senior Setter Joy Smith and junior Right-side Hitter Alacia Ladoux.
All-District Honorable Mentions went to senior Defensive Specialist Maddie Sepulveda and junior Outside Hitter Andi Whitefield.
The Lady Jackets also showed their skills off the court in achieving Academic All-District Awards. The honorees include Key, Moore, Smith, Ladoux, Sepulveda, Whitefield and Elena Fojtasek, Tru Collup, Marissa Bosher, Kylie Ward Miller and Tatum Cantu.
