Mrs. Roberson joined C.C. Cooke Elementary as Assistant Principal in 2021 after serving as assistant principal at Loflin Middle School in Joshua. She has a total of 18 years in education. Before moving into administration, she spent 13 years as an elementary teacher in grades 2-4 and a math interventionist. Roberson served as the assistant principal at Plum Creek Elementary from 2017-2020.

She has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in marketing from McMurry University in 2000 and obtained her teaching certification in 2004. She was awarded a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration from Concordia University in 2014.

Mrs. Roberson is married to her husband Charlie, a teacher/coach at South Grand Prairie High School. They have two children. Matthew is a sophomore at TCU and Katelyn is a senior in high school.
