Associate Principal of Academics

Work Bio:

Mr. Ross started his career in education as a band director in the West Texas towns of Coahoma and Colorado City.  In 2001, he held both roles of band director and assistant principal for Colorado High School.  After three years of double-duty, he became principal of Colorado High and served there until 2010.  In May of 2010, Mr. Ross was named principal of Granbury High School and served in that role until his arrival at Cleburne High School in July of 2023.  

Mr. Ross says that serving students and supporting teachers is what he was born to do!  He's excited to have the privilege to work alongside a fantastic CHS staff and an administrative team under Dr. Holweg's leadership. Students, parents, and the Cleburne community can expect great things from Cleburne High School going forward.  Elevate!
